Banded Sea Snake (Laticauda laticaudata), Gili Banta, Indonesia These snakes feed at sea (predators of moray eels and congers) but live mostly on land to digest, moult, breed or lay. They spend half of their time on land, and the other half in the water. They produce a deadly venom (their bite is ten times that of the royal cobra), but they are not at all aggressive and remain very fearful. They are dangerous only when they feel disturbed or threatened. Olympus OMD EM5 MkII, Panasonic 8mm FishEye Lens, Nauticam Housing, Dual Inon Z-240 Strobes. Settings 1/100, f/6.3, ISO200
